Welcome to mercurydeliver.com
The site is easy to navigate, however, below are a few tips to help you on your way.
Create an Account
1- Either click on ‘Create an account’ underneath the banner ‘New to the Site?’ or click on ‘Create an Account’ on the top right of the home page
2- Please complete all information - this will help us to help you by ensuring that we stock items that you are likely to want to purchase
3- You must complete all boxes with a red asterix
Log-In
1- Once registered, simply click on ‘log-in’ at the top right of the page and enter your email and password
2- The first page will show a summary of your account and recent activity
3- ‘Recent orders’ are listed and if you want to repeat an exact order then click on ‘re-order’ - you can delete items from the order before proceeding to check out by removing them using the dustbin on the right-hand side of the screen
4- ‘My Orders’ on the left hand side shows a list of all recently ordered items - this is another tool that allows easy ordering - simply click on each item that you want to purchase and then click on ‘Add to basket’
5- To continue to shop on the main site, hover over one of the drop-down menus and select the category of your choice
Shopping
1- Principal drop-down menus are listed in the grey bar at the top of the page
2- Hover over one of the title drop-downs and it will display a mega menu. Navigate through this and click on the chosen category
3- Scroll through the items on offer. To make a purchase, adjust the quantity to the number required and click on the green ‘Add to basket’ button
4- To access more information about a product, simply click on the picture
5- To search for a product, enter the key word in the box underneath the MercuryDeliver.com logo on the top left of the screen and click the green ‘Search site’ button. A list of relevant products will be displayed
6- To view a list of all selected items at any stage, click on ‘Basket’ at the top right of the page
7- When the order is complete, select ‘Basket’ at the top right of the page. All details of the order will be displayed and amendments to quantities can be made. Check all the details and, when ready, click on the green ‘Proceed to check out’ button. If it is a first order, a £5 discount will automatically be credited to the invoice
8- If an order is not completed within 12 hours the basket will be emptied and the order will be void
Favourites
1- At any stage during the shopping process, it is possible to add specified items to a favourites list by clicking on ‘Add to favourites’ underneath the product photo
2- Favourites are all listed / accessed by clicking on the ‘Favourite’ icon on the top right hand corner of the page, and are another way of speed shopping
Paying
1- When the order is complete, select ‘Basket’ at the top right of the page. All details of the order will be displayed and amendments to quantities can be made. Check all the details and, when ready, click on the green ‘Proceed to check out’ button
2- Check that all the shipping details are correct and the click ‘Continue’
3- Shipping is currently free, so click ‘Continue’
4- Payment is made through Sage Pay - it is possible to make checkout quicker for subsequent shops by saving your credit card details - click ‘Continue’
5- Please add specific delivery instructions (especially for deliveries when no-one is home) - click ‘Continue’
6- Please complete all fields with an asterix and click ‘Proceed’
7- An order number will be displayed on screen and all details of the order will be sent by email
Delivery
- All orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered on the same working day. Delivery is usually between 5pm and 8pm, although there may be some slight variation to this depending on the number of orders on a given day
- Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered the following working day
Managing your account
Once logged in, it is possible to view all previous orders and amend personal details by clicking on ‘My account’ at the top right of the page.
